Hiya!
My name is Charlotte and I live in a lovely town called Harrogate in North Yorkshire. I also happen to have a disability called Cerebral Palsy (which has affected me since birth) and use a wheelchair to get around. I’m also usually followed, close in tow, by my gorgeous assistance dog Lexi.
I’m really passionate about disability rights and think it is incredibly important that disabled people are given the same choices, opportunities and respect as everyone else. One of my aims with this blog is to educate and inform both my local community & wider society of the importance of listening to the views and opinions of disabled people and the positive impact this can have.
What have I been doing?
